Ms. Halchuck has been a full time dispute resolution professional since 2003, mediating and arbitrating matters in the following specialties: real estate, construction, business, workplace, and elder issues. Her 25 year career as a business owner in real estate sales, construction and appraising makes her well qualified to mediate and arbitrate these types of cases. In addition, from 2005-2010 she advocated for seniors as a Certified Ombudsman in the California Long-Term Care program. She is studying for her Juris Doctorate with a focus on Health Law in order to better serve as a mediator and arbitrator.
She currently serves on several panels including LA County Superior Court, CA Appellate Court, CA Bar Association, LA County Department of Consumer Affairs, EEOC, BBB, FINRA, Construction Arbitration Services, and DeMars and Associates. She can be reached at 310-377-0110
